Items Not Eligible for Refunds

The following items are non-refundable and final sale:

  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, digital downloads)
  • Customized or commissioned artwork
  • Original artwork
  • Print reproductions
  • Phone Cases
  • Clothing

Exchanges (Clothing Items Only)

We offer exchanges only for clothing items. If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Clothing items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged (including non-clothing items), we offer a full refund or replacement, as available. To process this:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide photo evidence of the damage.

Once the damage is verified, you will need to return the item in its original packaging. After we receive the damaged item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged items.

Refund Process

If eligible for a refund or replacement (damaged items only), we will notify you once your returned item is received and inspected.

For refunds on damaged items, approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

For replacements of a damaged item, approved replacement will be shipped with 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Shipping

For non-damaged items (clothing items only), you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.
